How do I cancel a booking and get a refund?
100% refund up to 48 hours before the lesson, 95% after that.
You can cancel as long as the lesson has not started, from your schedule or the booking details.
- Up to 48 hours before the lesson: 100% refund.
- Less than 48 hours before: 95% refund.
A preview of the refunded amount is shown before you confirm the cancellation.
