How do I accept, reject or cancel a booking?
Click a booked slot in your schedule to see the student's request.
In your schedule, click a booked slot to see the student's request. You can:
- reject it;
- approve it, for bookings without online payment;
- cancel it.
Cancelling a confirmed booking fully refunds the student and costs you a 5% penalty, deducted from your balance.
All your lessons, with their status, are also listed on the "Bookings" page.
