When and how do I get paid?
Automatically, once the booking is payable, through Stripe transfers.
After the lesson and the dispute period, the booking becomes payable and you are paid out automatically. Stripe groups payouts into transfers.
- Stripe is connected from Profile › Account status.
- A cancellation penalty is deducted from your next payouts.
- During a dispute, the booking amount is frozen.
The "Wallet" page lists every movement: student payment, refund or payout to you. Click a transaction to see the related booking, student and product.
