What happens when a student opens a dispute?
The amount is frozen until the administration decides.
- A student can dispute a lesson shortly after it ends, giving a reason.
- While the dispute is open, the booking amount is frozen.
- An administrator decides: they set the amount refunded to the student, and the rest goes to you.
- The "Disputes" page is read-only: you see the reason, the decision and the resolution note.
Each dispute links to the related booking, where you can talk with the student.
